Hello Everyone and welcome to the New Year! I am so excited to be moving forward. Let’s make this the year we update our plans and get reset for the future. That’s our goal for our clients in 2023.
As it relates to the markets, take a look at the S&P 500 chart below. It looks like the stock index wants to take another stab at the trendline. Anything is possible here folks, but if it gets over that line and stays there, that would be a good sign for the market going forward. It would suggest that the trend may be changing from downward to upward.
As for our strategy in 2023, Warren Buffet says “be cautious when others are greedy, and be greedy when others are cautious”. That’s about all we need to know right now. The rest requires time and patience. When the markets do finally move in the right direction, we will be there to participate and gain from it. Stay upbeat and positive, because the one thing we can be sure of, is that things will certainly change!!!
